Who we are?

2A3B P.L.C
A conglomerate company found in the early 2000’s it undertook many business ventures. Early on the company met the needs of many clients in search of vehicles. Later on it went into the hotel industry in the Main Street of Bole and served its customers for more than a decade. Years later; it is now determined to build safe and fitted gated community for its clients.

Where we are?

2A3B Real Estate is at the centre of the developing city of Gelan. Located only 30 minutes outside Addis our 23,000 Sq m. site is within the newly rejuvenating city of Sheger. Our real estate is just a short walk to main city offices and the police station, and a short 5 minute drive to the express roads taking to Goro, Bole and Bishoftu.

Our project is currently under construction aiming to fully build and hand over the property in 2 years period. Our gated community is building safe and comfortable homes for 90 families. Payment

Our Real Estate gives our clients three buying options.

1. It allows buyers to purchase a fully built home ready for finishing making a full cash on hand payment with a 5% discount. Property will be delivered to client in a 4 month period.

2. It allows buyers to purchase a newly building property and make payments as the building of the home progresses in 4 payments. Property will be delivered in a 2 year period.

3. Our company connects its buyers with trusted banks to purchase a property with us for a reasonable interest rate.
